Hi, I’m Yuko. I’m a Japanese holistic massage therapist, facialist, reflexologist, and waxing specialist with over 25 years of experience. My journey began in 1998, and after earning my international qualifications, I spent a decade working in a prestigious London spa. There, I trained with some of the world’s top skincare brands—about a dozen. During that time, I worked with clients from all walks of life, including a few well-known faces (but don’t worry, I’m not one to name-drop… unless we’re sharing secrets!).

In 2008, I moved to Brighton to create something more personal and meaningful—a wholesome space where my clients could feel truly cared for, free from the rushed environment of a corporate spa. My practice combines years of expertise with a personalized, intuitive approach to healing. I draw inspiration from my yoga and meditation practice, my Japanese heritage, and the wisdom of Eastern philosophy.

Like many of us, I’ve had my share of challenges. Healing therapies, including massage, acupuncture, reflexology, and herbal medicine, have been a huge part of my own journey. For over 14 years, I’ve been treated by Dr. Wu Di at Herbal Kingdom in Hove, whose care helped me recover from birth trauma and eased transition into menopause with minimal problems. These experiences have deeply shaped the way I understand holistric well being and the way I work, and I’m passionate about supporting others on their path to wellness.

I’ve continued to grow professionally over the years, attending courses and workshops to refine my skills. I’m also a 500-hour certified yoga teacher, which has given me a profound understanding of the mind-body connection and how it influences overall well-being.

What I love most about my work is the connection it brings. Each session is an opportunity to meet incredible people, hear their stories, and share moments of healing, laughter, and care. To me, this isn’t just a job—it’s a privilege, and I’m so grateful for the trust my clients place in me.
